Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Custom Print Production Time 

To prevent waste, we ensure each product is custom printed, and made to order just for you. We ship internationally. Production can range from 2 to 7 days. Due to our customer printing approach to product delivery we do not offer refunds. 

Exchanges

We do not offer refunds but we are happy to replace any item that is defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it, send us an email at info@yoursenseofself.com for further instruction.

Non-returnable items:

* Gift cards

* Downloadable software products

* Other items up to our discretion 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Do you allow returns?

All items & programs are final sale at this time! If you receive a product with a quality issue, please contact us directly.
